Day 112/365: I tried this recipe for breakfast this morning. It’s called the “oven pancake” and it’s baked in the oven! It looked just like the picture I had found the recipe with. It was definitely edible, but we more egg-like than pancake-like. Probably wouldn’t make it again, but it wasn’t too bad.
